1. I wanted a new battery for a Tag Heuer... – 13th February 2021:

   I wanted a new battery for a Tag Heuer watch and discovered that most watch shops, although with staff in the shop, would not accept a watch from me personally because of covid restrictions. However, If I posted the watch to them they would deal with it if handed to them by a postman. This, to me, seemed illogical and risky. At Watches of Sutton however a compromise was offered whereby I could hand the watch in at the reception area where the company is based and it would be dealt with by the owner, Jaz, (whom I'd spoken to over the phone) and a new battery fitted. I went along with this arrangement and was very satisfied with the result: I had my watch returned with its new battery in just over 2 weeks at a price that was lower than I'd been quoted at some high street shops. It was very pleasant doing business with Jaz and chatting about watch mechanisms and management. I would certainly use the company again and would recommend it to friends and neighbours. P Pearson

3. Watches of Sutton Are Amazing – 6th February 2021:

   Watches of Sutton are fabuluous and Jas is fantastic. Living in Northern Ireland we were buying the watch blind so to speak and also, i dont know that much about them. Within minutes of speaking with Jas, we knew we were speaking to the ideal person. Kind, couteous, genuine and was able to put us at ease straight away. I couldn't recommend Watcthes of Sutton any more than we are doing now. Jas, again, thank hou from the bottom of my heart. We will definitely purchasing from you again Jas. Ruth Parke

   Perfect service. Sold a Rolex and Jaz did exactly what he said he would and when he said he would. I was kept fully informed and received a very fair price (much better than the other offers) He kept his word all the way through and was courteous, professional and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use watches of Sutton again whether I was selling or buying a watch. Michael

   Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Watch was better than described and arrived quicker than promised. Upgraded delivery free of charge to get the watch delivered before Christmas. Will definitely deal again now that I have a 'friend' in the watch business! Thanks! Jay
