Description

This is a superb, vintage Rolex Datejust 1601 finished in white gold / steel with a silver baton dial. Powered by an automatic movement, the serial number is 22XXXXX, dating this watch to around 1970. This watch will be presented with a Rolex box and our authenticity paperwork. The case, bezel and crown are in excellent condition for their age. The original pie pan dial has been refinished and looks superb. It comes fitted with a later Rolex jubilee bracelet and this is dated to 1985 (a significant upgrade over the original folded link design). Overall a beautiful, classic Rolex that looks modern too.
